Applicable Users:

• ✅ Household Users: For use in residential spaces.

• ✅ Non-Household Users: Includes but is not limited to commercial establishments, factories, hotels, hostels, B&Bs, community facilities, government agencies, schools, offices, and public spaces.

 

1. Warranty Period: Under normal use and with a valid warranty certificate, the product is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty service applies only to the main unit and does not include consumable parts. However, if the actual usage environment does not meet the space conditions recommended by Altrason, causing the unit to operate under overload, the warranty period will be reduced by half of the original warranty duration.

2. Special Warranty Period: For non-household users, even under normal use, the warranty period will be reduced by half of the original total warranty period.

3. To protect consumer rights, please ensure that the distributor properly fills out the warranty certificate and stamps it with the store’s official seal at the time of purchase. If the product does not bear the Altrason company seal or that of an authorized distributor, it is not considered a product officially inspected and shipped by Altrason, and Altrason assumes no responsibility for any product defects.

4. When applying for warranty service, consumers must present both the product warranty certificate and proof of purchase to verify the warranty period. If no valid proof is available, the warranty period will be calculated from the manufacturing date of the product.

5. Any failure caused by poor installation or construction must be resolved by the original installer.

6. If, during installation, the required clearance and safety considerations specified in the installation manual are not followed and the unit becomes unserviceable on-site, any costs related to disassembly, reinstallation, or other resulting expenses shall be borne by the consumer.

 

The Warranty Does Not Cover:

1. Damage caused by natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, abnormal voltage, or environmental factors.

2. Improper use or non-compliance with the user manual, including but not limited to external force damage, self-modification, improper placement leading to water exposure, corrosion, falling, crushing, or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.

3. Equipment failure caused by foreign object intrusion, including but not limited to cockroaches, spiders, lizards, ants, mice, or other insects/animals.

4. Unauthorized installation or service, including installation by unauthorized dealers or service providers and any disassembly or modifications not performed by Altrason or its authorized partners. Altrason is not liable for any damages resulting from these actions.

5. Failures caused by special environmental conditions, including but not limited to exposure to chemical gases, methane, sulfur, sulfur zones, salt-rich areas, leading to oxidation, discoloration, or corrosion of components.

6. External accessories outside the main unit, such as touch panels, remote controls, infrared receivers, packaging, or manuals.

 

Parts Supply Service:

1. If the product has been in the market for over five years, and replacement parts are not available domestically, consumers will need to bear additional costs for international procurement.

2. If replacement parts are no longer available, Altrason may offer alternative service solutions.
